Silent Meditation for Nepal

In light of the earthquake in Nepal, all those impacted by it, and our community’s relationship with Lama Rangbar and his community, we are devoting our entire silent meditation this evening to collective focus and intention on generating light towards this situation.

Let us use this time to offer this silent meditation and draw upon – and put to good work – our collective energy and the vortex energy of our Albany Sai Maa Center.
